Are you approaching the end of your lease? Now that your lease is almost up, you may be wondering what’s next. It’s a good idea to start thinking about your lease-end choices, especially if you have 6 months or less remaining in your lease. At Colonial Toyota, we can assist you in making the decision that’s right for you, as there are several options for you to choose from. It doesn’t matter where you leased your Toyota from, you can return it at Colonial Toyota!
Option 1: Lease Turn-In
At lease maturity, bring your vehicle to Colonial Toyota and return your leased car to lease another approved vehicle. Be sure to bring your lease contract with you on the return, bring all of the original items that came with the lease, and remove all of your personal belongings from the vehicle. This will speed up the process once you get to the dealership.
Option 2: Purchase
If you’d like to keep driving your leased Toyota, call (724) 349-9100 and a Colonial Toyota representative will tell you how you can purchase your vehicle with our Colonial Lifetime Warranty. The conditions on which one is to purchase the vehicle they leased is on a case-by-case basis. That is why we recommend talking with one of our experienced representatives to help you with your specific purchase.
Assess the Condition of Your Vehicle
Forty-five (45) days before your lease maturity date, you can schedule a courtesy pre-inspection of your leased vehicle. You can request a pre-inspection at any point during your lease, but be aware that a pre-inspection will expire after 60 days.
This pre-inspection will provide:
- A thorough evaluation of the wear and use on your vehicle so you can anticipate potential lease-end charges.
- A condition report that details any wear and use items that you may be billed for at lease-end. The condition report is not a bill and won’t show any amounts.
- Call Colonial Toyota or fill out the below form to schedule a courtesy pre-inspection.
