We just purchased a Rav4 Limited Hybrid. Jeff Williamson did a wonderful job of showing the car and all of it's features. We had two requests and he found a car for us after only a couple of days. The car was delivered in perfect shape and we know that we will enjoy it when we pick it up.I would reccommend Colonial Toyota and Jeff to anyone searching for a vehicle.

I was never so impressed with a dealership as I was with Colonial Toyota. We've purchased many many vehicles throughout the years but the overall experience at Colonial could not be beat. The sales person, Dominique Campbell was so personable, knowledgeable and down to earth. I have difficulty with trusting sales people but had no problem with Dominque as well as other people we were in contact with. Everything was done in a timely manner. We didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. I recommend this dealership over any other that I have dealt with.

I traditionally hate buying cars because of the lengthy process. I recently purchased a Toyota Avalon that I test drove on a Monday and finalized the papers on Friday when it was convenient for me. Tim in sales was knowledgeable, flexible and all around great to work with during this process. I would highly recommend this dealership and this sales staff.

Have to admit I’m a bit aggressive when buying a vehicle. This is the 7th car I have purchased for me and members of my family. In the past I have dealt with Jason Vaughn a great guy and very up front. This time Jason was on vacation and I was purchasing a Rav 4 for my daughter. I met with Paul Freas and he was pleasant, friendly and easy to deal with. I hadepectations as to financing rates, and warranties also price of course. All of these were met to my satisfaction. I have also used Toyota services at colonial and buy tires etc for all my 4 current vehicles. Chuck is a great guy, honest and efficient in servicing. I would highly recommend Toyota Colonial for cars and great, honest service. 25 years and count as a loyal customer!

I have purposefully avoided buying cars from a traditional dealership for over fifteen years until now. In the past I have found dealing with car dealerships extremely frustrating. Having moved to a new town and being interested in a new Toyota Sienna, I decided I would give the local dealership a try. They were extremely easy to deal with and did not ever play the kinds of games I have been used to at other places. Jason Vaughn was very helpful and made sure the sale went well. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

I have had many experiences with Colonial. Each of them were painless. Tim Neal helped me out more than most at other dealerships. All the employees are awesome. So don't worry about who you get. However, Tim Neal is my personal preference.

I worked with both Tim Neal and Stan Petrigac to put together the purchase of a 2014 Tundra. Both were extremely accommodating of my busy work schedule which made it difficult for me to make it to the dealership in person. With a minimal downpayment they agreed to hold the truck for me until I could arrive to complete the transaction; a period of time that lasted two full weeks. The vehicle was competitively priced and the dealership is close to home. Those things plus the lifetime powertrain warranty and professional staff were the deciding factors to purchase from Colonial.

I contacted Tim Neal by phone to let him know that I wanted to trade in my Toyota 4 runner and buy a new Tacoma. I told him what I wanted and how much a month I can pay. He delivered exactly what I wanted. Great job

I visited Colonial Toyota early in the fall when I had just begun to do research on new cars. I was interested in the new AWD Prius, and test drove one with Tim Neal. In talking about what I typically used my existing vehicle for, Tim introduced me to the RAV4 Hybrid, which I was not familiar with at the time. I was not ready to make a purchase at that time, and I really appreciated that I was not pressured to make a quick decision as I was at other dealerships. When I finally did decide I was ready to purchase a car, Tim was again patient with me while I took the time to decide between one that was in stock and having him search for one with different options. Ultimately, the feeling I got at Colonial Toyota was that I was in control and the information about pricing, financing, and technology was pretty transparent, all of which made it a great car-buying experience.

I was able to purchase a great AWD Prius from Colonial Toyota at a reasonable price. The salesperson was Tim Neal, who was very understandable, friendly, and easy to deal with. Of course the manager, who oversaw the deal and had the final say, was great too. T The negotiations went smooth and swiftly. My vehicle pick up and paperwork went smoothly. I would highly recommend the dealership and sales team. I had gone to another dealer who wasn’t willing to budge on their sales price. It was a take it or leave it Subaru dealer in the area.

Not only did they give us a great deal on our new Tundra, they gave us a fair deal on our trade. The service was second to none, someone even came out to greet us in the rain, asking if we needed any help. Our salesman, Jason, was wondering - honest and not pushy. He was incredibly helpful, even after the sale with a few minor issues - a dent in a grill and chip in the door. Matt from finance was friendly, and got to know you as a person.
