The position requires no experience! We can train you on washing, buffing, waxing etc. If this sounds like you apply today! You will be tasked with making sure all completed vehicles are properly cleaned before delivery to the customers.

Part Time Receptionist/ Evenings & Saturdays
Job description

We are seeking a receptionist/greeter for part time evenings and Saturday’s, with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude at our Colonial Toyota location. This individual will receive calls into our auto dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct the caller to the correct destination. This position will also be responsible for identifying, greeting and assisting customers who enter the showroom.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday,  Thursday 3 t0 7, Saturday 8 to 4

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Account for all customers that visit our dealership and document their arrival
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the managers and office staff with various clerical and administrative duties as needed (daily)
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required
• Available to work Saturdays
• Ability to communicate customers’ interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
